3. Returning Products

4. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
- Refunds include the product price and standard delivery charges (where applicable).
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
- We may reduce the refund amount if the product has been damaged due to unnecessary handling.
5. Exceptions
Returns cannot be accepted for:

- Perishable products unless defective.

6. Defective or Incorrect Products
